Page Design - Navigation
Next to content, navigation or the menu system employed on your site is the single most important part. It can strongly influence the look and feel of your site as well as make it easy for vistors to find all the information you offer.
Navigation can be by simple text links, buttons or icons(pictures) or you can use an image map. Each page on your site should have navigation to other pages. This is required for several reasons, the least of which is that you can't determine where a visitor may enter your site, especially if the visitor has used a keyword and search engine, as this may only relate to one page in your site.
Navigation can be located at the top, side or bottom of a page, thee are no rules, so long as it's consistent across your site.
