If you believe you have received numerous unsolicited emails from this or any other company or individual there are several international organisations who you can seek assistance from.
Plus their are a number of steps you can take to reduce receiving these unsolicted emails such as installing software to effectively stop the emails. Or registering your address with responsible direct marketers who filter their mail lists.
You should also contact both your Internet Service Provider to see what assistance they can provide and if possible the company hosting the anoying emails. eg if you received an email from spam@aol.com you could contact aol and report your problem.

There are several offical organisations to which you can direct your complaints, if you consider you have been agreeved or have not recieved what you have paid for.
