1. Create a directory for files (example: "upload"). 2. Create PHP document. 3. Access the extension from the Server Behavior: SimpleFileUpload (PHP). 4. Simply fill Max File Size (in byte), Error Message, Upload Message and select Upload Folder. 5. Hit the "ok" button.
